Frequently Asked Questions

Can I refund my ticket?

Tickets are not exchangeable or refundable except in certain circumstances where required by law as stated in the Terms and Conditions of purchase. TIXPA cannot offer you a refund if you can no longer attend an event.

I chose to have my ticket delivered, how can I track my order?

TIXPA offers multiple shipping options. Once your order has been shipped, you will either receive an email or SMS with your tracking number. Regular post is not available for tracking.

The maximum tickets per order for the event is 4, but I have 5 of us all wanting to go.

You could place multiple orders. We only limit maximum tickets per order, but user can place unlimited orders.

What should I do if my event is cancelled?

If you purchased your ticket online through TIXPA, we will process the refund to your nominated credit card/bank account. In most circumstances this occurs within 5-7 business days of the event cancellation.

Do I need to print out my E-ticket?

You don’t necessarily need to print out your E-ticket, but we strongly recommend you do so. In case you lost internet connectivity or running out of battery on your device, print your E-tickets out ensures you admit the event promptly.

Does TIXPA ship to other areas outside Australia?

No, we only ship within Australia.

Is there any age restrictions for the event?

Every event is different and it depends on the event organisers.

I purchased my ticket from another reseller, will I be admitted to the event?

TIXPA cannot guarantee your admit if you purchase from other unauthorised ticket sellers. Please be aware of illegal ticket scalping. Holders of counterfeit tickets will not be admitted.

What is the currency of the prices listed on TIXPA?

All prices on TIXPA are in Australian Dollars.

Do I need to purchase tickets for my children too?

It depends on the terms and conditions set out by the venue and event organisers.

I chose to pick-up my ticket and/or merchandise products on the event day, shall I print the invoice to collect my items?

You can save your digital copy on your device, but we strongly recommend you print out a hard copy of the invoice just in case.

I have made a last minute ticket purchase, will I be able to have the ticket delivered?

We only email E-tickets to last minute ticket purchaser so that you can admit to the event without fuss.

I can no longer attend an event, can I get a refund?

As per our Terms and Conditions, there are no refunds, credits or exchanges on all tickets unless the event has been cancelled or postponed. TIXPA cannot process your refund in this case.
